Scott Wagner
President
Scott is a Richmond native who grew up in Chesterfield County. He graduated Meadowbrook High School in 1982 and the Virginia Military Institute in 1986. Shortly after graduating VMI, Scott entered the United States Air Force as a Second Lieutenant and served as an aircraft maintenance officer on C-5 military transport aircraft at Dover Air Force Base, DE.
In 1992, he began his career in the window and door industry working in sales for a local Weather Shield window and door dealer. In 1995 he went to work for Weather Shield and moved to Phoenix, Arizona to manage a four state territory.
Scott and his family moved back to Richmond in the fall of 1998 and started Custom View in 2004. Scott has three daughters and lives in Henrico County.
Carol Hile
Sales Coordinator
Carol has been involved in the window and door business for twenty years and has been an integral part of the Custom View team since 2008. She enjoys reading and cooking and lives in Henrico.
Derrick Heard
Warehouse Manager
Derrick was born and raised in Mississippi. He graduated from Humphreys County High School in 2005. Derrick has served in the Army for 16 years with multiple tours overseas. He graduated with his Associate’s in Business Management in 2023. Derrick has 19 years of logistics experience. Prior to working at Custom View, Derrick was a Commercial Driver. Derrick has been a part of our great Custom View team since October 2023.
Bryan Winn
Vice President
Bryan has worked in the window business for twenty years, joining the team at Custom View in 2009. He now serves as the Vice President of the company and as a sales and architectural consultant for the Richmond area. Bryan and his wife Jennifer live in Chester with their two children, Griffin and Addy.
Corbin Tilson
Office Manager/Secretary/Treasurer
Corbin was born and raised in Richmond and lives in Henrico with her son, Jack. She graduated from Godwin High School in 2007. Corbin graduated from James Madison University in 2011, and from Gallaudet University in 2013 with a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. She has been a speech language pathologist for 10 years, and has been working with Custom View since 2022.
Paul Ebbers

Paul H Ebbers, BA, MA, has a wide range of experiences, including 12 years in higher education as a College Dean and Director of Admissions/Financial Aid. His early experience in construction and windows began in Salt Lake City representing Pella Windows, continued as an associate in a home building company and later as a Loewen Window Dealer in Seattle.
In 2010, with one daughter in New Zealand and another in Virginia, Paul and his wife Martha made the move to Mathews County, Virginia, settling fairly close to their daughter and husband, parents of three young children.
With Custom View since 2011, his focus has been to work with architects on luxury homes in the coastal areas of Eastern Virginia. Many of the projects have large amounts of glass and contemporary architectural styles using European tilt/turn windows and curtainwall systems from UNILUX, large lift and slide door systems from Loewen, and Contemporary Series windows from Weather Shield. His experience and expertise is in design and specification consulting with clients.
John Waggoner
Architectural Consulting & Sales
John is from Danville, Virginia and received a business degree from Randolph Macon College in 1978.
His 42 years experience in the industry include 8 years as an architectural representative and sales with National Millwork, Window and Door distributor, 22 years in estimating management with Custom Millwork manufacturer and 12 years in sales and architectural consulting with Custom Window and Door distributor servicing central and southeast Virginia before joining the Custom View team in 2021.
John is detail oriented and enjoys the challenge of complex residential and commercial jobs. Most important are the relationships made with clients, architects and manufacturers.
John and his wife Phyllis live in Midlothian and stay on the move with four grandchildren, two dogs and one cat.
Gregg Martin
Service Manager
Gregg Martin, an expert in window and door technical service and installation, is the Service Manager at Custom View Windows and Doors. Prior to working at Custom View, Gregg worked as Service Manager for Structural Systems Inc. from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that Gregg worked for SNE Enterprises handling warranty and technical service across the mid-Atlantic and south eastern United States from 1998 to 2003.
Gregg was born and raised in the Richmond, Virginia area, attended Midlothian High School and received a degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. For the past 25 years Gregg has been involved in residential and commercial construction, specializing in windows and doors for the last 17 years.
